Our Journey
From Soil to Strength The 25-Year Struggle of Gurdayal Soni Ji
The story of IHRAACO is not written in boardrooms — it’s etched in the soil, sweat, and sacrifices of one man: Shri Gurdayal Soni. Born into a poor farming family, his life was never easy. But even in the face of hardship, he held on to one powerful belief — that no injustice should ever go unanswered.
25 years ago, with no political backing or financial power, Gurdayal Ji began his journey as a grassroots activist, fighting for the voiceless, standing with the wronged, and giving voice to those buried in silence. From dusty villages to crowded slums, he walked, spoke, and served — selflessly, fearlessly.
He saw the pain of women denied sanitary protection, the tears of daughters dropped from school, the helplessness of widows, and the silence of survivors. And from those cries, IHRAACO was born — as a people's movement.
From the early Pyaari Beti Shagun Yojana to the powerful Pyaari Behna Sanjeevani Yojana, Gurdayal Ji’s mission has only grown — touching lives, lifting families, and creating leaders.
This journey is not just his — it’s every woman’s fight, every child’s hope, and every citizen’s call to action. And we’re only getting started.
