We work at the grassroots level across India, especially in rural and backward regions, where women and girls face social neglect, health ignorance, and economic dependence. Through impactful campaigns like Pyaari Beti Shagun Yojana and Pyaari Behna Sanjeevani Yojana, we have reached thousands of homes, giving women access to menstrual hygiene, education support, and dignity-driven employment.

Shri Gurdayal Soni Ji didn’t enter the world of social work with a degree or a sponsor. He entered with wounds — the wounds of injustice, hunger, humiliation, and watching those he loved suffer in silence. And instead of turning bitter, he turned brave.

For over 25 years, he chose the path few dare to walk — of standing for those who couldn’t stand for themselves. From rescuing the unheard to building campaigns for forgotten daughters and widows, his every step was a sacrifice wrapped in service.

His philosophy is simple yet powerful

He never chased fame, but today his name stands as a symbol of hope across villages and hearts. The Pyaari Beti and Pyaari Behna missions aren’t just projects — they are extensions of his soul, his tears turned into action.

At IHRAACO, we believe that a better future for India lies in the dignity, health, and empowerment of every woman. The road ahead is not just about providing products—it’s about creating a sustainable system that nurtures confidence, hygiene, and economic independence.

Our revolutionary Women’s Gift Card Model under the Pyaari Behna Sanjeevani Yojana is a game-changer. For just ₹599 a year, every woman receives an annual supply of high-quality, safe, cotton-based sanitary pads—designed with care, compassion, and comfort. But the real transformation lies beyond the product.

This model also powers a women-led economic chain—where Sanjeevani Officers, SDOs, and Project Managers not only promote hygiene but also earn a stable monthly honorarium. It's a circular ecosystem where awareness leads to action, and action leads to dignity.

We envision reaching every district in India by December 2025, with over 5 lakh women empowered, thousands employed, and awareness turning into a nationwide movement. The Gift Card is not just a pack—it’s a promise of support, care, and strength.

Changes Brought n The Lives Of Women

At IHRAACO, statistics matter, but stories speak louder. Behind every registration, every ₹51 contribution, and every sanitary pad distribution lies a real story of courage, self-esteem, and hope.

Rukmini Devi is a single mother from a small village in Madhya Pradesh. She was unable to buy clean sanitary pads for her daughter. But with the Pyaari Behna Sanjivani Yojana, not only did she get pads at affordable prices, she also became a Sanjivani officer. Today she is earning ₹9000 per month, educating her daughter and inspiring women in her village.

Nasreen is from Bihar. She left school as soon as she started menstruating because she had neither the knowledge nor the resources. Today she is a beneficiary of our scholarship and dreams of becoming a nurse.

These stories are not exceptions—they are the heartbeat of our movement. From the tribal areas of Jharkhand to the slums of Delhi, the Pyari Behna Sanjivani Yojana is bringing not just cleanliness, but hope and self-esteem.
